Admission Criteria
Age Criteria : for Pre Nursery = 2 years +
for Nursery = 3 years +
The admission will be granted on the basis of written test followed by an interaction. The entrance test will be conducted as per the syllabus of the previous class.
At the time of admission the student has to submit the following documents:-
a) Date of Birth certificate (in original)
English version (mandatory) and Punjabi version.
b) The two latest passport size coloured photographs of the student, parents/guardian.
c) Transfer certificate & detailed marks sheet (in original) of the previous school attended.
d) Photocopy of Aadhaar card of student, his/her parents/guardian.
e) Category certificate (if applicable)
f) Photocopy of passport (if available)
g) Photocopy of bank account proof (if available)
General Rules
- The fee has to be deposited on the school fee counter only.
- Fee once deposited would not be refunded even if the student leaves the school during session.
- No school leaving certificate/transfer certificate/character certificate would be issued until all the dues are fully paid.
Rules for Students
- The students are required to attend the school in neat, tidy and proper school uniform with necktie, belt, ribbon, and properly trimmed hair for boys and two plaits for girls, shoes as per the school uniform. No narrow, short trousers/short skirts, no spikes, clips and fancy & colourful rubber bands.If the student does not follow these rules, a fine will be charged and even then, if the child ignores he/she will not be allowed to enter the school.
- The students will reach school before the warning bell. After the warning bell, students will immediately get into the lines and go for assembly.
- The students have to wear House uniform on Wednesday and white uniform on Saturday.
- No student will come in civil dress to school, even on his/her Birthday.
- Blazers are compulsory for students from Class-I onwards.
- The students will note down all the instructions regarding class work and homework in the diary and do the homework regularly.
- The students will be responsible for the safe custody of their books and other belongings.
- The students will themselves be responsible for their goods or money. The valuable articles should not be brought to school.
- The students are not allowed to bring the books (other than text books) like magazines, comics, pictures etc. to the school.
- 85% attendance is compulsory for every student as per the school rule. Leave has to be sanctioned prior by the class teacher. The student whose leave is not sanctioned will be marked absent.
- No re-examination will be conducted for the students who are absent on exam day/s. However, in case of illness, any emergency or cheating case, decision will be taken by the Principal.
- The students must feel pride in keeping the school clean. The waste papers or any other trash should be thrown in the dustbin.
- The school property should be cared well. The students should not spoil the furniture and any school property or any other student’s belongings.
- Bullet motor bikes and cars are totally banned in the school premises but for other motorbikes ‘No objection affidavit’ or ‘Driving License’ is compulsory otherwise entry will be banned.
- If the behavior of the student either towards teachers or fellow students is not up to the mark or having a problem related to character, strict action will be taken by the Principal.
- TC may be issued to the student even in mid of session if :
(i) Misbehaving in school
(ii) Not obeying the rules
(iii) Shortage of attendance
(iv) Any damage done to the school property
(v) Whose conduct is harmful for the other students
(vi) Disobeying teachers and authorities
(vii) Fee is pending

Promotion Scheme
The promotion will be given while considering the following points
- Age of the student.
- Final results of the students seeking promotion.
- Opinion of the teacher.
- Regularity / Character / Behaviour in the school.
Fee Rules
Fee will be collected in four installments as per the schedule below.
- April-May-June on or before 10th April
- July- Aug-Sept on or before 10th July
- Oct-Nov- Dec on or before 10th October
- Jan-Feb-March on or before 10th January
Suspension / Explusion
Student will be suspended or removed from the rolls by the school authorities on the basis of short-coming or irregularities cited below:-
i) Disobeying the rules and regulations.
ii) Shortage of attendance.
iii) Any damage done to the school property.
iv) Conduct harm to other students.
v) Disobeying teachers and authorities.
vi) Character not upto the mark.
vii) Consistent weakness in studies.
viii) Misbehaviour or fighting with his/her class/school mate.
ix) Pending Fee.
Re-admission
A student whose admission has been cancelled, can be readmitted by the Principal on request of Parents after paying a readmission fee of Rs. 2,000/-
Uniform
The school uniform instill pride and unity. When wearing uniforms, students often feel more “important” since they belong to one group. Uniforms give a sense of belongingness, and a code of conduct which is imposed on the students. Uniforms also foster community spirit.
The students are to come to school in the prescribed uniform.
