Guidelines for Parents

1. 85% attendance is compulsory for every student as per the school rule. Leave should be  sanctioned by the teacher. If leave is not sanctioned, then absent will be marked. 
2. No student will be allowed to go home once he/she enters the school. It’s better that child should stay home if he/she is not well or has some urgent work, later in the day child can be sent only in case of emergency. Even than if you want to take your ward home, a fine of Rs.100 will be charged. No discussion will be done in the office related to this.
3. Child should come to school after having breakfast and must bring their lunch.
4. The students are required to attend the school in neat, tidy and proper uniform with neck tie, belt, ribbon, dastar or turban, two plaits for girls and shoes according to school uniform. No narrow & short trousers/short skirts, no spikes, properly trimmed hair,  no hair gel, fancy & colourful rubber bands & clips.
5. The students have to wear house uniform on Wednesday and white uniform on Saturday.
6. No student will come in civil dress to school even on his/her Birthday.
7. Blazers are compulsory for students from 1st class onwards.
8. It is must for the students of Classes IX to XII to bring the required books as per the time table. If the student doesn’t bring required books, he/she will not be allowed to sit in the class.
9. Bullet Motor bike and cars are totally banned in school and for other motor bikes. ‘No Objection Affidavit’ or ‘Driving License’ are compulsory otherwise they will not be allowed to enter in the school premises.
10. Parents should pay quarterly fee of the child in time. After 10th of first month of every quarter, fine will be charged which will not be remitted in any case and your ward will not be allowed to sit in the examination and only parents will be responsible for that. 

The roll number slips for the final examination in all classes would not be issued till all the dues are paid. 

11. If a driver or someone else deposits your child’s school fee, do send their fee card along. The fee receipt with the fee card should be collected from the driver.
12. Parent’s teacher meet is conducted on every second Saturday (can be changed also). Attendance of parents is mandatory.
13. Parents can meet teachers only on PTM days. In case there is any problem regarding a student or school, they can meet concerned H.O.D. If still not satisfied, then they can contact Principal Office or Management Office too.
14. Urgent meeting for your ward can be called any time. Presence of the parents is mandatory. Incase parents do not come, they themselves would be responsible for any circumstances.
15. It is the duty of parents to check the Almanac (diary) of the students everyday and weekly report card every Monday. It should be returned on Monday or on the day asked by the concerned teacher. Please put your specimen signatures on prescribed page of the Almanac (diary) since it is important and if your ward is not showing the diary or H.W., inform the concerned H.O.D. If parents do not take it seriously they themselves will be responsible for the same.  
16. Home work diary of the students should be read properly Students should be asked to do the homework as directed by the teacher. Kindly sign the diary and also the test (if any) papers. Any notice sent by the teacher should be considered seriously.
17. In case the ward is signing the weekly report card or diary him/her self, it is the duty of parents to check and take care of the same in future.
18. In case, your ward had lost the weekly report card a fine will be charged. If your ward is not showing the Diary, weekly, report card, results and test note book at home, please do inform the school on (73411-01004, 73411-01005, 73411-01006) between 09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.
19. No re-examination will be conducted for the students who are absent on exam day/days. However in case of illness, emergency or in cheating case, the decision will be taken by the Principal. The decision of the Principal will be final.
20. If a student doesn’t appear for any examination due to the pending fee, the responsibility lies with yourself only.
21. Parents can get Child’s Progress Report only on the Result Declaration day. Progress report will neither be given to the student/driver nor on telephone.
22. Make sure that your child should study at home. Students should not be allowed to watch too much T.V. and use mobile phones. You are requested to set the time table for  studies of your ward at home also.
23. Mobile Phones and cameras are not allowed in school not even at the time of school functions or during tours & excursions. If noticed it will be kept in school custody till 31st March, if parents want it back, Rs. 5000 fine will be charged.
24. Any change of address/telephone number should be notified subsequently to the school office.
25. The leave record is also to be filled on the Almanac (diary) by the parents only.
26. Please check the Almanac (diary) to know about special notices for your ward (related to the school timings, fee balance, holidays etc.)
27. The school timings will be 08:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. The school timings can be changed as per the weather conditions.
28. Once a student is admitted to the school, the fee of the whole academic year (1st April to 31st March) will be charged.
29. TC can be issued to the student even in mid of session if:

1.     Fee is pending
2.     Misbehaving in school
3.     Not obeying the rules
4.     Shortage attendance
5.     Any damage done to the school property
6.     Whose conduct is harmful for the other students
7.    Disobeying teachers and authorities

30. Parents are requested to drop the child at van stop 10 minutes before the arrival of van

Note : You are requested to inform the class teacher / HOD regarding any medical problem including any allergy of your ward.
